Standard Return Policy

: We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.

: Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging, tags, and certificates (if applicable).

: A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns on jewelry, diamonds, and gemstones. This fee helps us maintain the quality and standards of our inventory.

: Once the return is approved and processed, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Custom Jewelry Return Policy

: Custom-designed jewelry pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange once the design process has begun.

: Any design fees paid for custom pieces are non-refundable, regardless of whether the piece is completed or canceled.

: Prior to production, a design approval will be required. Once the design is approved and the production has started, it cannot be canceled, altered, or refunded.

Exceptions & Special Cases

: If an item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately, and we will assist with a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you.

: Gift returns are subject to the same return conditions outlined above. However, if the recipient prefers, we can provide store credit instead of a refund.
