Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage

Our warranty is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase and covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship
  • Loose gemstones (not caused by accidental damage or misuse)
  • Broken clasps, prongs, or chains due to manufacturing issues
  • Tarnishing of silver or gold under normal wear conditions


Complimentary Services

During the warranty period, we also offer the following complimentary services:

  • Professional Jewelry Cleaning – Bring your pieces in for a free deep clean to keep them shining like new.
  • Routine Inspections – We’ll examine your jewelry to ensure settings are secure and the piece is in top condition.

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage, misuse, or abuse
  • Lost or stolen jewelry
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, worn-down prongs, dents)
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Center stones or diamonds not purchased through Jay Kenneth Designs

Warranty Claims Process

To request service under this warranty:

  1. Contact our team at jaykennethdesigns@gmail.com with a description of the issue.
  2. Provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
  3. Visit our store or mail the item to us (shipping fees may apply for mail-in service).

Once received, we will evaluate the item and determine whether it qualifies for repair or replacement under the warranty.
